Does anyone have any experience or know anything about Chas Schwartz &Sons in Washington DC?

Very modest experience.

I think they have long experience with ideal make diamonds.

It appears from their web site: http://www.chasschwartzjewelers.com/# that they carry at least branded, Hearts of Fire diamonds, but almost surely can and would bring in non-branded ones as well.

Back when I was shopping for my wife''s engagement ring, I did consult with them.
