channel setting with engraving platinum or white gold??

Is platinum better for an engraved piece or will white gold hold up just as well. This e-ring will be worn pretty much 24/7 no wedding band will be next to it.

I would go for platinum. It''s the strongest and will stand the test of time IMHO.

If price is not a concern, I''d go for platinum. As kaleigh said, it''s very resistant and more likely to stand the test of time in the long run.
