Channel Set Eternity Band...Lost a Stone!

*sigh* On my 1st anniversary trip this week I lost a stone out of my channel set wedding band

The other stones around the missing stone hole seem secure, but I am hesitant to wear the ring for fear of all the stones falling out like dominoes

Should I remove the ring for sake-keeping until I can have a new stone re-set?

gosh, I''m sorry. I have know idea about the security but would probably not wear it until i got it fixed just in case. Hopefully one of the experts will chime in

I definitely wouldn''t be wearing it till it got fixed...a mising stone in there can''t be GOOD after all, and since one managed to fly the coop...why take the risk when now there''s an extra space in there?!

i have no idea how i did it

i don''t remember hitting my hand, i am not particularly hard on my jewelry and the only thing i can think of is that i managed to crack a stone and it fell out...there is no trauma to the setting, so....

i am still on vacation, but i emailed isaac at signed pieces (where i bought the band) for information on how to send it to him to be fixed. i will take it off until then, but i hate the idea of not wearing my wedding band

Hope your not without your ring too long. I thought channel settings were safer than others. I guess not. Maybe you could get a plain band to wear til you get it fixed so you don''t have to go around with a ''naked finger''.
