is it normal for a channel set cross the channel to be a little curvy instead of perfectly straight? when inspecting close up u can clearly see curves in the channel i guess this to make the diamonds secure but is it normal? like it is not like something that can only be seen with a microscope, it can clearly be seen to the naked eye within 4 inches of the piece, (from afar u probably cant see the curvyness looks relatively straight)
back to your original question...for 10K i would want a pretty darn near close to PERFECT piece. I don''t know how many carats worth of diamonds are there but I''d want the workmanship to be exceptional regardless. I''m curious though, you''ve had the piece for quite a while now, can you even have them remake or get a refund at this point? Honestly, it seems like it''s a little late to be trying to get it fixed at least without you having to pay for it
