changing the avatar

Can someone tell me how to change it? i have done it before and i just can't figure it out... it is the my pages and edit account, but i can't see where it refers to the avatar.....

I am having this issue too, I don't see anyplace where the avatar is there though.
Please help, I finally have pics of my new (old) ring.
