as we remember 9/11 and the strong outpouring of selfless compassion that was abound that day and the weeks and months thereafter, it is the perfect opportunity to keep those good deeds alive. what better way to remember and give tribute than by giving selflessly in our own small (or large!) way. i challenge everyone to give something....anything on this day in rememberence of so many.

if you feel led to post your contribution here, please do! otherwise, make it count somewhere, if only in your heart.

My yearly contribution is donating blood...I got a little lax about it during my college years but in November 2001 started giving yearly, it's the single best thing I personally can think of to do as a way to give back and remember 9/11 every year. I'm giving this coming Monday because it's my day off and I need the day to recover typically as it sort of drains me in the physical as well as emotional sense. Thanks for a wonderful friendly reminder, Belle!!!
