The blue dress is fantastic and looks great on you. Wear that for the rehearsal. The other dress is okay, but the blue one definitely takes the cake in my book.

I would do more of a dramatic eye. I think the makeup is very sweet and natural, but a darker eye would suit your lovely face and hair. Do you normally wear much eye makeup? I wear black eyeliner almost every day, so if I showed up to my wedding with "natural" eyes, I wouldn''t look like me at all. (I''m definitely nowhere close to the rock star look--I just like to make sure my eyes stand out.) I also think that a little darker, slightly mauve-y lip would be nice. One way or another, you are going to look beautiful!

I love the outfit you had on at you makeup trial!!!!!!!!!!!

I love your make-up, it gives that nude look and it makes you glow instead of fade! I also agree that the blue dress is more flattering than the black/gold one.

In terms of doing the eyes stronger: I wouldn't do a smoky eye. But maybe a late 50s early 60s type eye (a la audrey hepburn)? I.e. still nude color eyeshadows, but with heavy volume (not length) eyelashes, and a thicker gel eyeliner to make "cat-eye" or ever so slightly almond shaped eye.

Haha if you're dorky enough this tutorial does the eye very well:

Thanks Iwanna! It''s just a shirt from Forever 21! I think it was maybe 25-30 dollars! And I wore a pair of Seven jeans and some heels!! Nothing too special! Thanks for all the feedback. Hate that everyone dislikes the gold/black dress, I feel like I threw my money away! But, all that matters is that I "kinda" like it, and will wear it every so often! But, I will definitely wear the black and blue one for the rehersal dinner!! As for my makeup, she said she wanted to do a romantic. soft look for the wedding and not a "lindsay lohan", however, I will speak up more next time and tell her I want a little more drama in my life!!

Hey kitty! yes, I normally wear eyeliner and mascara daily. I told her this too!! I normally probably wear more than is on me in this pic! What I never wear is foundation and concealer (like i am here)! However, I like the way those two look on me.. I just want more eye definition! I will either add more myself next time when I get home or tell her when she is doing it!!

I love the makeup, and I love both dresses, but especially the blue one! You are gorgeous, and wear both of them so well!

Well my ISH with the blue dress is the way it makes my tummy look. I feel kinda fat in that one. Look under the belt, where it gets real tight.. it makes my belly area look huge. However, i agree that it looks better than the black and gold one. SO I will just have to suck it up (and in) and wear it proudly!

Hey now, I like the black/gold dress! But I do also like the blue one a bit better. Regarding the tummy issue, is the dress cut funny and it pooches out there? Or... it''s a bit tight? Hmm, did you try spanx or a similar product and see if that helps you feel less "fat." (which you certainly aren''t!)
