Well, my search still continues. I''m about to pull my hair out. Who knew it would be so difficult finding the perfect (for me) diamond. Was wondering what everyone felt about this Asscher I found on JA? http://www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/H-VS1-Premium-Cut-Asscher-Diamond-1177907.asp Does it usually take this long to find a nice stone?
tad deep but the picture looks good so far, get an IS image as the picture isn''t the best quality.
Have you contacted Jon @ gog?
2-3 months isn''t unusual when hunting for a kicken asscher.

Here is the IS image. What do you think?

hmmm trying to upload the pic

ok I can't figure out how to upload the pic *sigh*

Email it to the admin and he''ll post it in the thread for you (Click msg admin).

Doesn''t matter now, someone here on the forums took it right after I recieved the IS. I guess that''s the risk a person takes posting on forums with others looking for the same stone. The search continues...

OK, here is the IS. I was hoping for some feedback for my own education please.

Hi Headshrinx,

Just came upon your thread, I think we''re both looking at the same stone (cert #s are the same). I hope you don''t think I took/snatched it away. I didn''t by the way. If you were referring to someone else, does that mean there are 3+ people here actively looking for a ~1.3-5 asscher? Sheesh it''d be nice if a cache of such stones suddenly materialized.

I found this via jplouis''s method - I searched tradeshop''s comments for ''royal'' and had a vendor call it in, but it was not available.

Good Luck on your search.

Not at all Clop, I just find it almost like a game trying to find a decent Asscher. It''s funny that so many of us are looking at Asschers and finding it so difficult. Good luck on your search as well. May we both find that "needle in a haystack".
