cell phone plan

I am looking for the cheapest cell phone plan that allows me unlimited evening and evening talking... OR... any plans that gives me 500 mins per month (without unlimited evening talking is ok too). I don''t need text messenger or data transfer that kind of thing.. just simple plan is good. Any recommendation?

FI has metro pcs. He says 56 a month and gets unlimited anytime minutes/texts/picture messaging and internet. He also apparently has gps which he just discovered. It doesn''t work everywhere but he doesn''t go anywhere. Although we did go to vegas and it worked. So weird (we live in fl btw)
