cavity in diamond an issue

Hi, I have been looking at this diamond. it seems like a good deal, but I am concerned about the cavity. Will it affect the structural integrity of the stone? I can see it on edge in the images provided by Ritani, will it be noticeable to the naked eye (the image is zoomed in 20x). Otherwise it seems like a decent value.
