well, even $99K is a great deal given what this person paid. but here is a site that auctions yellow stones.

it may help...i would think if you could get this ring for $50-60K, you did VERY well. the stone was recently graded and ring is basically brand new.

Wow, that is one fantastic looking yellow diamond! If only I had an extra $100k floating around...

ETA: I'd consider this one at Costco for half the price (and the peace of mind of avoiding ebay, which can be sketchy).

Good evening!

I am new to Pricescope and would love your expert opinion on a Cartier ring I have been eyeing on Ebay. Here is the link:

What is the max you would pay for this ring?

Thanks in advance for your help!
HI:

More importantly, what is the max you''d pay for it?

cheers--Sharon

Not to be overly critical (becuase god knows I wouldn't kick it out of bed ro eating crackers!

) but it does have those unfortunate "triangles of death," which is how I've come to think of those dead areas of extinction along the sides, and potentially the top and bottom edges too, although it's harder to tell those from a photo.

For that amount of $$$--or anything even close to it!--I want PERFECT saturation from every edge to every other edge of the stone.

Well, I just submitted an offer for $20K and the seller declined my offer within 20 minutes.

So if you plan on bidding, I guess it needs to be much higher since he/she didnt even consider it!

I was considering offering $60K.

I agree with DJ...my eyes are drawn to those triangles immediately.
