I am an infrequent poster but love to lurk and learn about diamonds from the experts on this forum as well as ogle all of the beautiful rings that get posted. But I do have a question that hopefully someone can help with. I was in the Cartier store today looking at their channel set Trinity rolling ring. If I was able to find one on Signed Pieces or elsewhere, will Cartier service a resold piece of their jewelry? I think I have read on here that Tiffany will but I''m not sure about Cartier.
While I was in the store, the SA (who was wonderful) let me try on some of their diamond engagement rings - what a thrill to wear, if only for a few minutes, a $570k 11 ct tw Emerald Cut 3 stone ring, a $1.2 mil 5 ct square D IF Emerald Cut and a $1.5 mile 10 ct Asscher . The 5 ct square D IF Emerald Cut was so so beautiful (I liked it even more than the Asscher) but couldn''t imagine walking around every day knowing that I was wearing over a million dollars worth of diamond on my hand.
