Cartier help!

I'm about to purchase a second-hand Cartier Love ring but had a question about some markings that I haven't seen before. Has anyone see a mark that consists of a heart with the letters SNOE underneath? I haven't seen this before and am not sure if it's a sign that the ring is fake.

Also, the serial number begins with DT - I'm not sure if that helps. Does anyone know anything about either the heart with SNOE underneath or what country of origin DT indicates?

If you have any concerns, I would walk away from the deal.
Also, can you bring the ring to a Cartier store/boutique for authentication with the seller?

My Cartier trinity has the heart SNOE. I purchased it at the Cartier boutique in Vegas so I am positive it is authentic. I have no idea what it stands for though.

I found this link on PS from 2007... the SNOE could be legit and one poster says it was the name of the designer:

The seller is in Japan so I won't be able to go into a Cartier boutique together. Plus, I'm not sure Cartier does authentications?
