can''t sign in to galleries?

I am just wondering why I can''t sign in to the photo gallery to post some comments? I tried the log in and password that I use here but it didn''t work.....

help?

I can''t sign into them either. I just assumed certain people were only allowed into certain areas. This would be interesting to find out if that is true.
