Cant find a semi mount for 1/3ct diamond

I have a 1/3ct round diamond solitaire and am wanting to upgrade it. I''m wanting to place it in a halo setting to make it appear larger than what it is, but I''m having a hard time finding any semi mount''s that fit my size center stone. Everyone I look at is for a 1ct or larger. I would either love a diamond halo, or a sapphire halo. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can find this for my size diamond, please let me know. Looking for something under $800.

Knox jewelers.biz has many settings for a .5 carat stone that I bet they could also make to fit a .3 carat stone.
