Can''t change my avatar!?

Anyone know if this is due to PS 2.0? I cannot log into the personal section to change any info! I really want to show some bling for my new avatar....am I the only having this problem?

I can see my personal page. And the option is there to change my avatar.

Very strange....maybe it depends on the browser, or the type of computer.....I noticed that when I''m replying from my home computer I don''t have the same formatting buttons.
