Cannot find this ring anywhere please help!

I have looked everywhere for this ring and have come up empty. My girlfriend took a picture of it last year and I have been saving it for when it is time but I cannot seem to find this ring or anything similar. Picture is attached

It's 3 rings. A split shank halo, and two bands made specifically for that design so they sit flush against the the e-ring.
