Canadian Diamond Traders (CDT), heard of these guys?

We recently ran an IDEX article about this consumer alert.

I have since followed some discussion threads on CDT''s website. I am interested if anyone hear has participated or dealt with these guys.

What do you think? Do you actually get diamond sales training or do you just recruit new members? CDT obviously vigorously defend their status on their website.
