I have narrowed it down to two diamonds. One diamond receives a HCA score of 2.4 and the other 0.8.
I was wondering if its possible to see a difference in real life. The only draw back is that I dont have the ASET images just the specifications of the diamond.
Diamond 1
Depth = 60.7
Table = 60
Crown Angle = 34.5
Pavillion Angle = 41
Symmetry = VG
Polish = Excellent
GIA Cut Grade = Excellent
(I was told by the sales person that a table of 60% is within spec of the perfect diamond according to new GIA guidelines) Is this true?
Diamond 2
Depth = 61.6
Table = 56
Crown Angle =35
Pavillion Angle = 40.6
Symmetry = EX
Polish = EX
GIA cut grade = EX
Am I just splitting hairs, or is there a noticeable difference between the two diamonds?
