Can you help me find halo with pears or marquise and rounds?

My mother wants to do a halo, but not all round diamonds. I can't find any good pics, but I know I've seen this mix. The closest I could find is this pic, but it isnt head on. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I like a few from CVB Inspired Designs. The top one is their Bella and the bottom one is their Lisette.

The Bella still uses round diamonds though...
