Can these rough gemstones be grandidierite ?

Hi, can please someone give me some advice ?
I have these bluish green stones and I thought they were tourmalines but their specific gravity are between 2.94 and 2.97
The stones are from East Africa.

They're a bit too green for Grandidierite.

Agree on not looking like grandidierite. If you hold it in front of polarized light (like a computer screen) and rotate it, what colors do you see?

Why wouldn't it be tourmaline? Can you do a spot RI?
You would expect to see a slightly different color along the C axis to across the stone.
Use a phone torch light.
A more brownish olive vs a brighter nicer green.

Thanks to all of you for the reply.
Across the C axis the color is completely different and it shows light blue/light olive color.
The other thing is that with the light through the C axis at the other end shows yellowish and bluish-geen all over the stone.

I have other tourmaline stones but these are different.
