Can someone tell me approximately how big this is?

My ring size is 3.75… my ER coming soon and I was hoping to get a band that is very similar to this except a different setting and platinum. My Grandma gave my mom this ring awhile ago… sometime around 25-30 years and there are no papers. All I know is that it shines like crazy Is it around a 10 pointer?

If they are rounds I would guess about 20 points each, not sure though, but looks bigger than 10.

If you look at this post showing today, I would say the diamonds in your picture look as big as these. These are 20 point stones.
