can someone tell me about micro pave. please.

what are some of the pros and cons of micropave.... thank you and pics perhaps..

pros, it's beautiful..

cons- pave rings aren't made/designeed for 24/7 wear and tear and it's possible to lose a stone now and then...

also, they really can't be sized much, if at all. sizing can cause the stones in the setting to loosen more easily.
