Can someone photoshop my pear please.

Can someone please kindly photoshop my ring with pave around every stone and pave just around the centre stone in both white and pink diamonds please. AKA ritani concept I guess

Much appreciated...bit too technical for my brain....

I tried to paste the link from "show me the ring" but couldn''t...its under 4.47ctw pear. I''m so in the dark ages.

You aren''t thinking of redoing the ring you just had made, are you? Very seriously, halos around those stones would make it look like a big cocktail ring. It is very classy and beautiful like it is! (Just one lowly opinion!)

I hate to admit it.....what the whole thing that started this is....because its just so typical and morally wrong. Friends wife had on a pear last night that was haloed - she has a very exquisite jewelery collection, very classy generous lady with impeccable taste and I just think this woman is fab...no jealousy! It had a longer ltw and it looked amazing. I saw it within 3 seconds of saying hello.. She had her hand under the table and I said come on, I''ve seen it, dont hide it, (she saw mine earlier in the day). I said to her, you are wearing the MOMMA to my 3 babies. GIVE me a look woman NOW!. She eventually told me the centre stone was 3.1cts. I was so mad with myself for putting myself down - because in effect I have more carat weight - BTW I know I am doing a disservice to hubby because he so lovingly spent $$$ on my ring. But that LTW keeps rearing its ugly head.

I would suggest this though, if you''re going to add a halo to that pear, I''d lose the side stones and make them earrings or something. It would just be "too much of a good thing" to keep it all, imho.

I am definitely a halo girl, but I think your ring is just perfect as is.

But if you should go with the halo (after all, you''re the one who gets to wear it daily), I completely agree with Ellen. Maybe you can halo the center stone alone and halo the side stones to turn them into studs to match? Pink diamonds would be so lovely for the halo, but the good ole'' whites would be fantastic too! I get a feeling, though, that the lady, whose ring you so admire, probably had the same thoughts about your ring. Wouldn''t it be so ironic if you ended up with a Halo and she somehow ended up with a three stone?

PS Have I told you how much I love your ring lately?!?

Like the others, I''m not a fan of halos on stones over 2 carats. I think it makes them look like cocktail rings or a ring you only wear on special occassions with an evening gown.

However, if you want to add pave, you could add pave on the basket wire on the profile of the ring without it looking too cocktailish.

Granted they were tiny to small halos, but still a halo.
Maybe you could just halo the center and keep the sides
or halo the sides, seen it both ways.

Yeah I could see it haloed, but I would keep them tiny - or do them like that one cushion and have them set on a 45* angle so they''re not really pointing up or to the side but just kinda.... around Though are you going to end up with exactly the same ring she has? Is it too late to return the pear you have? I mean, its a crying shame to have a stone of that expense that you aren''t thrilled with.

You have a truly beautiful and classic set, which to me, looks stunning the way it is. If the ltw ratio bothers you - the halo may not detract enough from it. Only a new stone will.

I really like this though irina - it almost looks like.... it reminds me of katie holmes'' ring, but better - and bigger LOL I think it would look great with all 3 pears in a pink halo like this... I would change the prongs though sparkles. Irina - you should start charging for your services!! You can't do much better than Irina on the photoshop. I can't do it at all! Honestly, I really like the ring as it is - I don't like the halos around the stones, FWIW. (I do prefer the white to the pink though!)

Okay I like the pink better than the white (they''re both obviously gorgeous) because the white the ring just starts getting... no offence - ridiculously large LOL!!! The pink is the same size but it is an adornment of already large stones. However I''m torn on 1 or 3. I''m actually leaning toward just the center stone now that I''ve seen it.... maybe the center stone in pink and the side stones in white? Which hand do you wear it on? Is it for every day or just a couple/few times a year?

I like fat pears but even this doesn''t seem fat to me, it seems perfect!
