Can I get a new peg head??

Hi everyone! This is my first post, so please bare with me if I don't use the correct lingo or if I'm posting in the wrong spot!

I was wondering if I could change out the peg head for a custom made one. I love my ring, the center stone, and the sentiment it holds. We actually went on several dates to choose it! So, I'd like to keep everything I currently have, just add to it!

I'd really like one with a simple, subtle halo, like the Tacori Dantela halo. Very thin. I don't want the "basket" part, just the halo part.

I'm wondering if it's even doable since the halo (even though it's subtle and thin) would add to the spread. Would it overshadow the side stones? Or is that something that could be addressed?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! I've included pics of my ring along with the type of halo I would like.

Your ring is beautiful and I honestly cannot see how you could add a halo to the center without messing up the overall design. When I was reading before I saw the picture, I would have said yes, but really it would be better to just remake the whole ring than just keep the shank. However, with those side stones, I just would not do it. It would be better to buy a colored stone for the center of this ring and get a whole new e-ring setting. I am sure there may be jewelers who would do it, but I think it would be very risky as far as turning out well.
