Can anyone tell me who designs this dress

I found this dress on a website but there was no information on who designed it or what the number was and I searched everything I could think of for the designer and came up empty handed. If you guys could please help me I would really appreciate it...
(even though you cant see it very well in the picture there are swarovski crystals all over the bodice and spraying down the dress as well)

Ya know - you probably did find it - but the dresses look so darn different on the models it''s impossible to tell.

Do you know the material? Original price range? What store you saw it at? All those things might help you narrow it down...
