Provided it's not a reproduction (which it doesn't appear to be), it is an Edwardian solitaire ring with fine filigree workmanship and an Old European Cut diamond. It's circa 1910, and the sapphires can be either natural or lab created.
Very feminine, quite popular and very saleable piece. People love the filigree work.
