Can anyone help me with info about this ring?

Hello! I found this ring at a thrift store and am trying to find out more about it. I found an identical ring in gold on Pinterest and it said it is a Julianna Williams Navajo ring. Does anyone know if that is correct for this ring?

The inside of the ring looks like it has a "C" over "SW" (or JW?) over "94" but it is hard to tell the correct letters/numbers with certainty.

Any info anyone could give me about this ring - stone, age, designer, value, etc would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

Well, it's definitely costume jewelry.
Not Navajo, not sterling.
The 'stone' is imitation foiled opal.
Maybe vintage from the 1970s, based on the style.
It's pretty!
