It looks like an emerald to me but only a lab report can confirm this and the level (if any) of treatments.

It looks like a highly treated emerald to me, but again you'd need a real lab report to identify this stone completely. For a rough guestimate you can also stop by a trusted jeweler and see if they do quick stone identifications although you wont know for certain what you have unless you get a lab report.

That is to say, none of the tests used for identification works this way, and they are required.
