are the flowers in your avitar your bouquet? I''m looking for bright colors like that so I was just wondering. Where are you getting those vibrant colors from?

Hi Laurie,

No, that''s not my bouquet. I was just looking for something bright that would be in tune with the season, and I wanted something that I''d be able to quickly recognize if I was scrolling through posts. Here are my sister''s and my bouquets (my sister''s is the brighter one):

Sorry I don''t have photos yet, but I met with a florist I trusted, gave her a list of flowers I love (that were in season) and color swatches that went with what we wanted. She went to the flower market the day before and got what fit the parameters, and made something more beautiful and affordable than I could have imagined. I just figure, she is a professional, who am I to tell her what works best? Perhaps taking a different tack will help to work out your frustrations? It is hard to just look at pictures since you don''t necessarily know what will be available/in season. Picking beautiful flowers shouldn''t be a chore.
