Calling @sarahb or anyone else with a domed pave band

I've been eyeing the band in the link : https://www.briangavindiamonds.com/...ternity-bands/domed-pave-band-platinum-5494p#

(I'm pretty sure @sarahb has a similar one) so if you (or anyone else with similar bands to the domed and Harmony Fishtail band from WF) see this thread, I would love your input!!! what do you think of it in terms of blinginess and durability? This will be a standalone anniversary ring to be worn on my left hand.

One of the other options I'm considering is stacking 2 Harmony bands from WF (which I also saw in your pictures... sorry for the stalking), do you think x2 Harmony bands will offer the same bling as one domed 2,5mm?

Hi Viola

Given the choice of the Harmony vs a WF/BGD pave band, I prefer the Harmony over a domed pave band. No doubt about it--even if you end up with one Harmony band. And since you are thinking about buying two Harmony bands, hands down, it'd be no competition!

At the 2.5 size of the pave band, the sparkle is just not significant enough to wear as a stand alone--for me.

I had WF make my Harmony with .02 sized melee & it throws off a gorgeous line of sparkle--more so--compared to the WF pave band. I'd choose the Harmony in a heartbeat over the pave band, stacked or alone.

@sarahb Thank you for such an explicit reply, I find it so difficult to buy something unseen and untried, so this helps more than you think.

I was pretty set on one of those two bands (mostly Harmony as I've loved it for the past 8 yrs), but somehow a pre-owned 1.70ctw five stone made by LM set with BGD signatures popped up for the same price as two Harmonys. So, now I can't seem to decide what I want.

Viola, totally agree, it is so, so hard to decide when you can't see the piece in real life. Maybe you can shop around at your local jewelers & try on a few different setting types to see if something resonates, for or against. That LM 5 stone would also make me pause, it would certainly have more presence--I guess it all boils down to the look you want?

I rarely wear my rings, I LOVE LOVE LOVE jewelry and bling -well made and beautiful jewelry, but I've come to a realization that I'm not a blingwearer , I literally wear my E-ring 2 days a month. But I love cleaning my jewelry, and just....look at them...I sound nuts. But I think I'm more of a sublime band girl. Makes any sense?

So, that is why I'm on the fence of how much bling I want.
