Hi Mara,

I''ve been pondering this question for a while now, esp. since seeing yr pics with yr lovely studs and jackets, and wasn''t quite sure if I should ask this question, but here goes: your teeth are really beautiful and white. How do you get them so white? Mine, although fairly straight, are quite yellow and I hate that. What''s yr secret? Thanks.

ha ha i just saw this post...i am laughing that you think my teeth are lovely and white because lately it seems like i look at pictures going 'i seriously need some teeth whitening'...and now that everyone reading this is probably going to go seek out some picture of me and check out my teeth, i probably should get to whitening them again...hehee.

i whitened them for our wedding in 2004, but have done nothing since then. we use teeth whitening toothpaste but i really wonder if it does anything for us. when we did whiten we just used crest strips...they are pretty darn effective!!!

When you had them whitened, was it at the dentist''s? and was it gel or laser whitening? Did you experience any increased sensitivity afterwards? I will seek out the crest strips toothpaste too. thanks.

Actually, I was also wondering about yr skin. It looks really smooth and blemish free. What moisturiser do you use?

I hope you don''t mind me asking these questions. As mentioned, I was a bit hesitant initially but since you''re so helpful, I thought I''d ask, he he!! Thanks again, Mara.

haha Phoenix you are cracking me up. Thanks for the compliments but it just might be the camera! My skin has been so dry lately, I feel like a walking alligator, so to hear you say that my skin looks wonderful makes me smile.

To answer your Q...I actually don''t really use a specific moisturizer...I use a blend of different things depending on what I have and what my skin feels like. I sometimes use La Prairie which I think is a fantastic line of products...expensive, but I can feel like it''s working when I use it (mostly night time products), and I use Oil of Olay for daytime stuff also. I also have a Neutrogena one that I like for day use which I can''t remember the name of, but whatever I use typically has SPF typically. But a lot of times I just put on skin firming Jergens especially if it''s my 2nd shower of the day (after a workout). So no real regime...I just play it by ear.
