Ok, I need help here. I found myself with a lot of time in my hands and a deep insomnia. Looking through some old posts here I discovered there has been huge discussions regarding the 34 crown - 41 pavilion combo angles.
You cannot imagine my dismay - We are about to spend a good chunk of money on a diamond with EXACTLY (as per GIA) a 34/41 combo. I know this is one of strmrdr favs combos and as in everything else preference is key.
Garry, can you please shed some light on this diamond specs. I will call it quits tomorrow if necessary - I need to 100% happy with this purchase. Is the 34/41 detrimental in this case? Should I go for a less controversial / safer combo? Your opinions are appreciated and well needed.
