Calling all hands--I need help finding the perfect ering!

Hi friends! I am a newbie to posting, but have been stalking this site for awhile. My boyfriend and I are in the process of finding "the" ering. I would love a true vintage/art deco low profile setting (preloved is fine by me!) with an old cut diamond (particularly OEC). I like slightly wider bands, but my finger is a size 5.5 so nothing too bulky. Our budget is about $2500 for diamond plus setting. Any suggestions/ideas? I have hunted eBay, Jewels by Grace, Love Affair Diamonds, and many of the other sites recommended on PS but just haven't found anything we're in love with yet. Thanks in advance for your help!! do you have any examples of rings that you are attracted to? That would point people in some kind of direction. For instance, I think this is a really nice ring but I have no idea if it is any where near what you are looking for.

Thanks for the suggestion, Lookinagain. I shoulda thought of that! I have actually had the ring you linked in my "watch" list on eBay, so that is exactly the type of ring I am looking for. Just one bit of advice. I think you are on the right track looking on ebay. BUT, only buy from a seller that gives you the 14 day hassle free returns and has great feedback. Buying diamonds online can be rewarding and risky. Good luck to you!

I'd recommend emailing Grace and others to see if they have anything that might work. I know Grace often has more inventory than she posts on her website. Best of luck!

Yes, I'd second keeping in touch with Grace and Erica, they are the experts and seem to have constant new stock. They might be able to make suggestions or look out for something specific for you. Good luck!
