Hi,
I am new to the forum. I am looking for a princess cut diamond. She wants a 1 carat max size diamond but extra sparkle to it. I have a $6K budget. I stumbled across Solafera princess cut diamonds tonight and they look very nice online but I never saw them in person. Any suggestions for a diamond newbie? I was thinking about VS2 or SI1 with an H or I in color.

Appreciate any help.

Solasfera's are gorgeous. You should browse the Good old Gold website www.goodoldgold.com.. Go to diamond search and look for "Solasfera" under Princess Cuts. Also, watch some of their videos (link on the left toolbar of the site). They have some amazing comparisons with princess cuts.

I'm not the expert, but can tell you you'll be able to get a really pretty stone with that budget.

Right there in budget and color. Plus a nice increase both in clarity and size!

If only my gal wanted a princess over a round that stone would be in my pocket.
