calibrated diamonds

Hi again ,

Sorry if i'm a little bit off topic but I'm looking for calibrated diamonds, between 0.01 and 0.03 ct (D,E,F VVS or VS).
I seen israel-diamonds but reviews on PS aren't very good...
Does anybody knows where I could buy just few (less than 30) and without the minimum of 1ct per lot?

Thank you for your help.
For now I would like to find 1.3 mm and 1.5mm melee diamonds and knowing where I could buy others sizes in the future.

(and also thank you for the word "melee" that i didn't know )
