I'm having a 14K custom semi mount ring made. It will be set with moissanites that I already have. I'm sort of questioning whether th pear cuts are too small. I just want them to accent the main stone and not distract from it. But I'm thinking I undershot the mark? Center is 6.5mm, pears are 4×3mm.

Thank you. It's just a little smaller than I had pictured in my head. Kinda wish I'd went with 5×3mm pears.

Yes. I already bought them. I could buy bigger stones but rather than prolong the process, I decided the 4×3 were big enough. 1mm added to the length wasn't going to make that much of a difference visually, I think.

The prongs will give the illusion of a bit longer as well, I suspect.
