Buying online vs in store, how is this GIA?

After doing some research on here and various other sources, it appears GIA or AGS is the way to go, and for budget I am prioritizing cut as it seems to be the most important of the 4c's. I am looking to buy a 1.0 - 1.25 ct, and am weighing my options of buying online vs in store, and it seems I am saving by buying online and making sure the return policy is good, I believe I am going with Ritani, as I can browse a lot of stones, have them make it and see it in store before I buy, which appears cheaper than buying from store directly.

Based on attached GIA cert, I have a jeweler asking for $9k and want to see what this groups thoughts are on the stone. Price includes band, and it is triple X round 1.20 G Si1

Any thoughts or advice are appreciated.

Highly unlikely to be a good performing diamond. You can use the HCA to narrow down the possibilities; stones with scores less than 2.0 HCA have promise. Then an Idealscope to confirm the results.

Do i just punch in the stats in the HCA tool and see what i get? and can I request an in store vendor to do the idealscope? or would I have to purchase my own?
