Hello!!!

I am trying to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I remember her saying something about hearts and arrows. After reading through some of the forum posts, I contacted White Flash to see if I could take a look at what these diamonds would look like. They emailed me back with some options, but I wanted to see what you guys thought about them first, and possibly get some advice about them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!!

Welcome!

They all have great potential, what I would do now is to ask your WF rep to inspect the SI clarity diamonds, and to tell you which are eyeclean. Also make your expectations clear, for example if you don''t want to see any visible inclusions from any angle at close scrutiny, make sure they know that so you are both on the same page.

Ditto, cut wise basically the same.

Thank you very much for your advice. I am meeting with the WF representative today to take a look at them and I really have no idea where to begin. This will at least give me something to start out with. =)

Since you are meeting them, maybe pay a visit to BrianGavinDiamonds too? They are in the same building.

Check to see if they have anything in your budget?

I think this the address www.briangavindiamonds.com the one above links to the blog?

Also if you wanted to go further afield to Dallas, you could meet with John Pollard at www.craftedbyinfinity.com
Enjoy the visit. Since you are going to be in the building, I would also recommend visiting BGD.

That web address is currently just a portal. It has their phone number, email and a link to brianthecutter and the blog. www.brianthecutter.com has a lot more information, including the same contact info, the blog, pics of completed projects, background, etc.

That link used to go directly to the blog in the early days so we couldn''t use it if I remember rightly, maybe it is ok now?

Thanks Ali!

Lorelei is correct, per the policies; no links to blogs. Please make sure you are not linking blogs in your posts.

The link to forum policies can be found near the bottom of every forum page. https://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/faq.asp?mode=policy
Ali, are we OK linking Brian Gavin''s pages that are in this thread? They don''t go direct to his blog, the person would have to click an extra link on either of the pages to get there. Just want to be sure we''re not violating poliicies.

I was able to visit them. The diamonds were beautiful. I never expected them to look like that. They let me look at it using the magnifying glass and showed me what to look for. They were extremely helpful. I was unable to visit Brian Gavin though because it was pretty late already. I''m getting excited looking at the diamonds that are available. =)
