Hi Folks,
I was just reading an old thread about jewellers in Perth and some people were a bit unhappy or dissatisfied about the service at Rosendorff at Hay St. I must say, I have had bad and great experiences at this store!
A month ago I went there to get my e-ring polished and the SA practically shooed me out the door and she said my ring didn''t need polishing or cleaning. And she was rude.
Last year, when FI and I were shopping for e-rings we went to every store we know and we popped in Rosendorrf (just for fun!) and met Anna, who is the loveliest SA I have ever met and she tried so hard to work to our budget. She also knew her stuff and asked me right away which of the 4Cs were more important to us etc.
I hope people will still give Rosendorff a look when they are buying jewellery because their work is incredible!!! In fact i went in last week to custom make my wedding ring and the service was excellent (i hope they fired that rude SA lady
).
