Thank you all for your help thus far.

Now comparing the actual image of the diamond to the IS image, that black inclusion in the center of the diamond. Any guesses as to what that could be?? will it be noticable while looking at the stone??

I had asked JA and i was given a generalized answer, not really particular to the stone. I was told that any carbon was very negligible and that at VS clarity would be very difficult to tell. Even hearing that, im still a little paranoid.

Only way to know is to pin them down, ask for their gemologist Julianna to inspect the diamond for you and make your expectations clear. If you don''t want to see any visible inclusions from any angle or distance, let them know that.

I dont know how I can thank everyone for there assistance.

Lorelei, Jstar, Stone_cold, jet2ks(sorry if i have missed anyone), thank you for taking the time to educate me with stuff i never would have began to ask.

I have purchased the last stone that Jstar suggested. .91G - VS1 with a simple 4 prong cathedral setting. Will be posting pictures once its on the wifey's hand.

Thank you all.
