Buying an engagement ring - diamond size question

Hi -
I'm working with an online jeweler and they have suggested this round diamond:

0.80
GIA Ex
I SI1 (eyeclean)
5.99-5.97x3.60
HCA 1.4

There's another diamond just outside my budget:

0.91 H&A
GIA Ex
J SI1 (unsure on eye cleanliness)
6.17-6.25x3.85
HCA 1.3

The diamond will sit in a cushion shaped halo. How big of a difference is the 0.2-0.25 mm in size?

with the halo I don't think there will be any noticeable difference once set. I would go with the I color.
