Buying ACA and upgrade from outside the U.S.

I am wondering how difficult it would be for future upgrades of an ACA diamond if you live outside of the U.S.please?

Why don’t you ask them? I’m sure it would be easy enough to identify a new stone and have agreement on the upgrade. I expect the main issues are getting your stone back to them safely and then dealing with customs and taxes/duties.
