Bulletin Board moderators?

I have never been able to log on to these forums from my home computer - I get an error message that says I am banned from the bulletin board. There appears to be no way to contact the bulletin board moderators to correct the problem. I apologize if this forum is not the correct arena. Would appreciate any help - many thanks in advance for any replies.

JSNowden0001, probably your home computer IP address was banned for some reason. Try to email or PM me your IP address at home or at least your Internet Service Provider. (Do not post this information on the forum)
