I agree about one floor living! I used to work in real estate and it's making a comeback. Also I feel like open concept floor plans are phasing out again because it's loud and people like privacy and stuff.

Also people don't want to move a lot anymore so they don't want to climb stairs to get to bed.

I agree about putting outlets, speakers, cable hookups, lights, and all that before finishing. Also do LED bulbs now because they are so much less money to keep on and they'll all match. Get the warm ones. And they won't overflow your fuses.
