I've mentioned on here that I've been doing Bridalicious Boot Camp for the past few weeks in the Dallas area. The trainer, Doug Rice, is awesome, and my sister totally noticed my arms are looking good!
Anyway, his DVDs are today's deal on The Knot/Wedding Channel. If anyone saw that and was wondering about it, I highly recommend it. The workout is challenging, it targets what the wedding dress shows, and Doug's platitudes are only mildly annoying (you may have higher tolerance for cheesy wedding slogans than I do, though). I bought it for when I'm going to be traveling and will miss going to actual boot camp.
I don't get anything if you do buy the DVDs, except maybe he'll let me slack on a few burpees tonight at 6:30? ...no, that's not going to happen. So no, I don't get anything. Just providing a review!
