I am presently working on a project with Brian & Lesley (okay, two projects). I have asked a zillion questions which have always been patiently answered. When I talk with Brian, he makes me feel like he has all the time in the world to just discuss my project even though I know he''s very busy. His passion for what he does is evident in every conversation. I have already purchased a stone from him (which he has because he''s making the setting) but when I asked about another stone he had received, he offered to send it to me so I could examine the inclusions myself (even though it would delay the setting he was working on)! There was absolutely no problem when I decided I preferred the first stone. That''s amazing customer service!

I am working with Brian and Lesley again and they are so wonderful. Seriously, Lesley is the most patient woman I know. I had a chat with Brian the other day too and he is lovely!

Doesn't surprise me at all. I was emailing with Lesley about having BGD do a custom wedding band for FI. She is so quick to respond and took the time to patiently answer all questions. Even though we ended up going with a local place, Lesley was still gracious and kind when I informed her. Next time a jewelry project comes up, I know the first place I'll be talking to.

Could you imagine what the world would be like if every store had that level of customer service?
