Hi All,

I don''t know if this is the right forum to post it in, but basically wanted to ask if anyone here has been in contact with BGD recently. I was talking to Lesley about commissioning a design, but have not heard anything back from her for over 5 days now - I found this odd because she is normally extremely prompt and good about keeping in touch. I''m thinking that if I still haven''t heard anything in over a week, I should just give them a call?

Definitely call her - you don''t need to wait a week! Who knows, she may be waiting to hear back from you while you are waiting to hear back from her. I have called and emailed them within the last few days so I know they''re fine.

I think there are sometimes bugs in their system... once in a while I have noticed that e-mail I send go awol. Just call! She will be so happy to hear from you and very upset that she missed your e-mail!
