Basted with buttered toast

Or scrambled with cheese and cherry tomatoes

Basted? How is that done?

I like mine scrambled with Ketchup!

I love poached eggs. We got egg pods as a shower gift and they''re great! Like mom used to make.

I don''t really care. I''ll eat them anyway as long as they''re accompanied by plenty of hashbrowns

love eggs!omelette style for me...light and fluffy!putting a tablespoon of water for 3 eggs in the mix before whipping makes them really fluffy!HASHBROWNS make it a perfect breakfast along with toast and cinnimon flavored hot chocolate!

Overeasy- w/ toast.... or scrambled w plenty of veggies and hot sauce!

My favorite breakfast item whenever we go out is Eggs Benedict, and it''s made with poached eggs. I also like scrambled and over medium (whites cooked through, yolk -- runny).

Hey DF, I wanted to let you know that my unsuspecting coworker who is always screaming "I buy, you fly" bought me scrambled eggs with cheese melted over, a side of bacon, toast with butter, and a generous portion of home fries this morning soon after this thread began. I was doing so well eating only healthy foods until you started this. Thank you DF!

Thank you.

eggs!

I like mine best over-easy, over medium or poached.
But I will eat them anyway they are prepared (well I haven''t had picked or basted so I guess I can''t say I would like those for sure).

poached medium

Over medium, please.

Scrambled, with hash browns and ketchup.

a good poached egg with a warm runny yolk...

preferable served as crab cakes benedict

my absolute favorite breakfast!

(if anyone is in the DC area, Carlyle in Shirlington does a fantastic version of this, served over biscuits instead of english muffins!)

Scrambled please! (or on top of omurice)

mmmm!

poached (soft) or sunny side up!

Scrambled, with hash browns and ketchup.
would love some right now with bacons and white toast

but no ketchup

I love scrambled with melted cheese and diced tomatoes! But most of the time I eat them scrambled and over a piece of toast. Mmmm...now I want some eggs!

Anything except welldone (unless its on an egg mcmuffin). I just don''t like my eggs overcooked. Or raw. So not unercooked either. If it looks like a hockey puck or snot, I''m not eating it. Short of that... bring it on.

Depends. Poached in Egg Benedict and sunny side up only with buttered toasts, otherwise scrambled.

With onion, peppers, tomatoe, mushrooms in an omlette. Yummy yum yum

Sometimes soft boiled, fried or scrambled in that order but omlette with enough vege that it is almost falling appart is my favorate.

When at home, I like them scrambled, or over-hard in the middle of a hole in a piece of toast.

I worked in a breaskfast restaurant in highschool and learned to never order scrambled eggs at a restaurant. I''m not sure if they''re even really eggs, it''s just some kind of yellow substance in a large plastic bag.

Doesn''t matter as long as the yolk isn''t runny or squooshy. If scrambled, I like them on the drier side. Undercooked (or lightly cooked) eggs gross me out, which is weird because I don''t have a problem eating good-quality raw eggs in mousse, cookie dough, eggnog, etc...but on their own, I just find them squicky.

eggs with lots of fresh cut parsley and parmesan, salt and pepper- sometimes ham added... this is actually an old world Italian recipe, but I saw it on Giatta, DH says his grandma used to make it...

I have no idea how to make it, but when we go out for brunch, eggs benedict with salmon!

scrambled with a little bit of cheese.

Sunny side up!

Funny, because growing up, my mom would NEVER let me eat anything uncooked or partially cooked (steaks...well done. Sushi and sashimi...never. Eggs...over hard). But as I got older, I definitely lean towards raw/semi-raw foods (sashimi, medium rare steak, over easy eggs, etc.)
