Hey y'all! I just wanted to post a couple pics of the custom engagement ring I had made and let you know how the process went. I am seriously so pumped to marry this woman, and I catch her staring at her ring daily, she is obsessed!
The ring is so gorgeous, and she gets compliments everywhere she goes. I have to say that I get a little ego boost when so many women tell her that they love her ring. It's from Maytal Hannah, and really couldn't be any more perfect for us. We had been looking at B&M stores and couldn't find anything that we really loved in my budget. Maytal was able to take our main inspiration photo and make a couple tweaks to get an absolutely one-of-a-kind ring. Maytal's designs are exquisite, and she was really easy to work with. There was an issue outside her control which wasn't apparent until after I got the ring, but she was able to take care of it and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Maytal and will be having her make the wedding band as well.

Oh stats, of course! It's a 1.7 ct H VS2 oval and it's stunning!
I don't have may photos of the ring itself, I'll have to sneak some off her phone, but we are taking engagement photos this weekend so will have some more to post soon!
